In an unspoilt corner of the Marches, perfectly located in the stunning National Park of Monti Sibillini, this villa is created from the remnants of an old building, probably a convent, and is dated on an old stone at the entrance as being from 1651.

The property enjoys an unparalleled 360 degree panorama encompassing the Sibillini Mountains with their peaks of over 2,000 metres, plus the picturesque rolling hills and valleys so typical of this area of outstanding beauty.

The estate consists of fenced natural parkland covering 23 hectares which gives scope for gentle and peaceful walking.

The renovation gives the villa a great elegance; the interior has been finished to a very high standard and is furnished with antique furniture and paintings. There is also high spec technological equipment to give maximum comfort to our guests.
The villa is set on two floors and has two porches. One is attached to the kitchen area and is furnished with tables and chairs for 12 people to allow dining surrounded by the idyllic countryside.
